In this book there are some pages that are called going to the well these pages have prayers,statements to remember,something to receive and questions to reflect on.So this book is a interactive book so you won't get bored,the author is very transparent with her own experiences.I like this writing style I thought I wasn't going to like this book well I was wrong if you want this book it is on sale on lifeway for $10.00.
